The Details
We begin with an thorough interview.
This interview is the beginning of understanding how and why you are where you are today and the act in itself brings forth much insight and clarity. Sessions take as long as they take. It’s important to understand that your session may take several hours and to just relax and enjoy this time that is completely dedicated to you and your specific needs.

Past, Current & Other Lives
During the first portion of the hypnosis, I will take you into a lighter state of trance known as Alpha. This is where you will be shown images and scenes by your Higher Self that can include memories from past lives. Sometimes we are shown current life memories and sometimes scenes that are like watching a fun movie.
Everything shown is relevant to the questions you bring and any issues you are having.
Questions. Habits and Ailments
During the interview, we will go over these and discuss them fully. And during the deeper part of the hypnosis session, known as Theta, I will ask your Soul or Higher Consciousness to come through for answers, insight and physical healing. The Super Conscious will also help you understand why those scenes and memories were shown—offering insight, clarity, and guidance for your path ahead.
The Experience of Hypnosis
During all parts of the hypnosis session it is possible to feel sensations in the body of all sorts. They are always positive and for your best good as the Higher Self never harms and wants you to have the best experience possible.
When we let our beliefs and ideas
of “reality” define what’s possible,
we unintentionally place limits
on the Creator.
But in truth,
Divine power is LIMITLESS.

PREPARING FOR YOUR QUANTUM HYPNOSIS SESSION
To be as open to receiving and accepting what your HC/HS wants you to receive, it is important to have NO EXPECTATIONS about how your session will be. I can assure you that every session is unique to the individual client so the only thing I can guarantee you is that it will be nothing like what you expect.
Expect the unexpected and it will be successful!
BEFORE WE MEET:

If you will be traveling alone, longer than a couple of hours, I recommend that you arrive the day before andsettle into a hotel room and then leave the day after your session. You will want to be relaxed and calm for your session.

When you come, I will need your list of questions. Your questions for the Higher Consciousness are a VERYIMPORTANT PART of your QHHT session. I find that 10 questions or less work best because for each question you bring, I will ask many more questions to get to the bottom of any issues or concerns so you will understand their origin. It's often this understanding that triggers the release and allows the Higher Consciousness/Higher Self to help you heal. It’s never too early to start working on your list and don’t be surprised if answers come before you arrive, or your questions change and morph some after you create your initial list. If you have more than 10 questions, just bring them and we can talk about them beforehand but put the most pressing questions at the beginning of the list.

You can ask about anything at all. I find questions generally come under the following basic headings: Health, Relationships, Career/Purpose, Finances/Abundance, Spiritual/Self, Odd or Synchronistic Events.

Trusting in your Higher Consciousness to bring you exactly what you need to receive, in the most appropriate way for you to receive it, during your session is paramount. I trust it completely because I know it always has a plan. In fact, part of its plan was to bring us together for a session. I bet you thought it was all coincidence, didn't you? 😉

I find it's best to clear the calendar for that day, as much as possible and to meditate some time before your session begins. Guided meditations are perfect if you are not one to meditate regularly. (SEE BELOW)
Avoid overstimulation, heavy conversations, or packed schedules if possible. This is sacred time to honor your body’s wisdom and allow the healing to settle. Trust what arises, and know that subtle shifts often lead to profound transformation.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
You may feel spacious, tender, or quietly stirred. Please allow yourself time to rest, reflect, and integrate.
An early night—free from work or social plans—is ideal.
Drink water to support your body’s energetic flow.
You may wish to journal, sketch, or simply sit with what arose.
There’s no need to analyze—just let your insights settle like soft rain.
Your healing continues in the quiet—where understanding deepens, and soulwork gently integrates.
