Sessions are conducted through
Distance Healing or in Person
Both of these provide the same clear connection and healing outcomes; however, experiencing the feeling of Reiki in-person is a beautiful experience.
Sessions
In-Person Sessions - 1/2 Hour $45 or 1 Hour $75 Distance Sessions - 1/2 Hour or longer $45
Distance sessions are held in a meditative state, where I connect with your Higher Self and
Spirit Guides to receive healing guidance.
Messages During Sessions
At times, messages for healing and/or from loved ones or guides can come through. I will pass these on to those clients that wish to receive them.

Much energy is flowing during in-person Reiki sessions and clients can experience many sensations including: pressure, heat, cold,
energy, tingling, vibration, floating,
feeling light, visions, jerks, movements,
waves or vortexes of energy

PREPARING FOR YOUR REIKI SESSION
This session is a sacred space for deep listening, emotional clarity, and soulful guidance. To receive fully, I invite you to prepare with care and intention.
BEFORE WE MEET:

Reiki is most effective when you arrive calm, open, and gently attuned to your body and spirit. I recommend clearing your calendar as much as possible on the day of your session — giving yourself space to relax beforehand and reflect afterward. A quiet evening free from social plans or work will allow the energy to settle and integrate.

Before your session, consider spending a few minutes in meditation. Guided meditations are a beautiful way to ease into stillness, especially if you’re new to the practice (SEE BELOW).

You’re welcome to bring a written or mental list of any physical, emotional, or energetic concerns you’ve been experiencing. We’ll discuss these together before we begin, and they’ll be gently addressed during your session.

AFTER YOUR REIKI SESSION

Reiki continues to flow long after your session ends. You may feel lighter, sleepier, or more emotionally open — all signs that energy is shifting and healing is unfolding. I recommend carving out quiet time afterward for reflection, journaling, or simply resting. A gentle walk, herbal tea, or early bedtime can help you integrate the experience with ease.

Avoid overstimulation, heavy conversations, or packed schedules if possible. This is sacred time to honor your body’s wisdom and allow the healing to settle. Trust what arises, and know that subtle shifts often lead to profound transformation.
